These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zen Quantum Wellness website, coaching services, educational materials, client portal, forms, reports, and related communications. By using the website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of Services
Zen Quantum Wellness provides health coaching, education, wellness guidance, HTMA-related interpretation, nutrigenetic education, supplement guidance, circadian rhythm coaching, and lifestyle support. Services are educational and are not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or disease management.

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing recommendations carefully, deciding whether to implement suggestions, and consulting a licensed healthcare provider before making medical decisions or changing medications, prescribed treatments, or care plans.

No Medical Relationship
Use of this website or enrollment in a program does not create a physician-patient relationship, dietitian-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, or other licensed medical relationship. Zen Quantum Wellness does not replace your physician or other licensed healthcare providers.

Program Inclusions
Program inclusions may include intake review, HTMA testing or review, gene SNP interpretation, personalized reports, supplement and lifestyle guidance, circadian recommendations, messaging support, and follow-up according to the program purchased.

Laboratory and Genetic Testing
Testing availability may vary by state, country, laboratory policy, and applicable law. Certain jurisdictions, including New York, may have additional restrictions or requirements for laboratory testing or specimen submission. If a test cannot be fulfilled for regulatory reasons, Zen Quantum Wellness may modify the process, request alternate steps, or adjust the program as appropriate.

Payments
Payment is due at enrollment unless a payment plan is offered and selected. Prices, inclusions, and payment terms may change, but changes will not affect a completed purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy posted on the website. Because personalized work may begin shortly after enrollment, refund eligibility may be limited once intake review, testing coordination, document review, report preparation, or coaching work has begun.

You agree that Zen Quantum Wellness may communicate with you by email, client portal, phone, text message, or other reasonable methods related to your inquiry, enrollment, program participation, billing, forms, testing, reports, and support.
