Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about HTMA, nutrigenetics, supplements, and thePrecision Health Roadmap Program.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

What is the Precision Health Roadmap Program?

The Precision Health Roadmap Program is a 12-month coaching experience that combines HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis), nutrigenetic interpretation, personalized recommendations, and ongoing follow-up. The goal is to identify patterns that may be influencing your health and create a practical roadmap based on your unique biology.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for individuals who are already interested in health and wellness but feel like they have reached a plateau. Many clients have experimented with supplements, diets, and health protocols but still want a deeper understanding of how their body responds.

HTMA TESTING

What is HTMA?

HTMA stands for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. It measures mineral levels and patterns within hair tissue, providing insight into how your body has absorbed and retained minerals over time.

Why do you include three HTMA tests?

One test provides a snapshot. Three tests reveal a pattern. By testing over time, we can observe trends, responses, and changes that would not be visible from a single report. Subsequent tests provide you with information on how your adjustments are working.

What can HTMA reveal?

HTMA may provide insight into mineral patterns, stress-related trends, metabolic tendencies, and potential imbalances that deserve further attention. It is best used as part of a larger health assessment rather than as a standalone diagnostic tool.

GENES & NUTRIGENETICS

What is nutrigenetics?

Nutrigenetics examines how genetic variations may influence nutrient metabolism, detoxification pathways, stress response, neurotransmitter function, and other biological processes.

Do I need a genetic report already?

No. We can help guide you through obtaining one if needed. If you already have genetic results from a previous service, those results may be incorporated into the program.

Which genes do you review?

The exact genes reviewed vary based on the report and the individual, but commonly include genes involved in methylation, neurotransmitter activity, stress response, detoxification, inflammation, and nutrient metabolism.

SUPPLEMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS

Can genes affect how supplements work?

Yes. Genetic variations can influence how nutrients are absorbed, utilized, activated, and processed. This is one reason why the same supplement may produce different results for different people.

Will you tell me what supplements to take?

Recommendations may be discussed as part of your personalized roadmap. However, the focus is not simply on supplement selection. The goal is to understand how minerals, genetics, sleep, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle interact.

Why not simply supplement based on symptoms?

Symptoms rarely tell the whole story. The same symptom may have multiple contributing factors. Objective testing and pattern recognition can provide additional context that symptoms alone cannot.

TIMELINE & RESULTS

Why do some supplements help one person but not another?

Mineral status, genetics, lifestyle habits, sleep quality, stress levels, medication use, and other factors can all influence how a person responds to supplements.

How long does the program take?

The program spans approximately 12 months. This timeframe allows us to observe meaningful trends, evaluate progress, and make adjustments when necessary.

When should I expect changes?

Every individual is different. Some people notice changes relatively quickly, while others experience more gradual progress. Our focus is on long-term trends rather than short-term promises.

PRICING & ENROLLMENT

What is included?

The program includes genetic interpretation, three HTMA tests, personalized reports, supplement guidance, circadian recommendations, exercise and lifestyle guidance, messaging support, and ongoing follow-up

How do I get started?

Simply complete the enrollment process and we'll guide you through the initial intake, testing, and roadmap development process.

Minerals, genes, sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement all influence one another. When viewed separately, they can seem confusing. When viewed together, patterns begin to emerge. Our goal is to help you understand those patterns and create a practical roadmap built around your unique biology.
