Refund and Cancellation Policy
Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled for Zen Quantum Wellness programs and services. Because the program involves personalized review, testing coordination, report preparation, and coaching time, refund eligibility depends on the timing and status of work performed.
Before Personalized Work Begins
If you request cancellation before intake review, testing coordination, document review, report preparation, or coaching work has begun, Zen Quantum Wellness may provide a full or partial refund at its discretion, less any payment processing fees or non-recoverable costs.
After Work Has Begun
Once personalized work has begun, refunds are generally not available. Personalized work may include reviewing intake forms, evaluating HTMA or genetic reports, ordering or coordinating tests, preparing notes, drafting reports, developing recommendations, or communicating program-specific guidance.
Testing and Third-Party Costs
Laboratory kits, HTMA testing, genetic testing, shipping, third-party processing fees, software fees, and other external costs may be non-refundable once ordered, shipped, accessed, processed, or incurred.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered and selected, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless Zen Quantum Wellness agrees otherwise in writing. Missed payments may pause access to coaching, reports, portal access, messaging support, or additional program services.
Cancellations by Zen Quantum Wellness
Zen Quantum Wellness may cancel or discontinue services if a client provides inaccurate information, engages in abusive communication, fails to make required payments, refuses to follow reasonable administrative requirements, or uses the program for purposes outside its intended educational scope.
No Outcome-Based Refunds
Refunds are not provided solely because a client does not achieve a desired health outcome, does not follow recommendations, disagrees with educational guidance, or experiences results that differ from expectations.
How to Request a Refund
Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please include your name, purchase date, program purchased, and reason for the request. Zen Quantum Wellness will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
