Medical Disclaimer & Testing Information

Educational Purpose
Zen Quantum Wellness provides health coaching, wellness education, HTMA-related interpretation, nutrigenetic education, supplement guidance, circadian rhythm coaching, and lifestyle support for informational and educational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice
Information provided through the website, reports, emails, client portal, forms, coaching sessions, or educational materials is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or medical condition.

No Licensed Medical Relationship
Working with Zen Quantum Wellness does not create a physician-patient relationship, dietitian-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, or any other licensed healthcare relationship. Zen Quantum Wellness does not replace your physician, pharmacist, therapist, dietitian, or other licensed provider.

Consult Your Healthcare Provider
You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before changing medications, supplements, diet, exercise, sleep routines, laboratory testing decisions, or treatment plans, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, taking prescription medication, or under medical supervision.

Laboratory and Genetic Information
HTMA reports, gene SNP reports, and other wellness data are interpreted for coaching and educational context only. These tools are not used by Zen Quantum Wellness to diagnose disease or determine medical treatment.

Supplements
Supplement suggestions are educational and should be reviewed with your licensed healthcare provider. Supplements may interact with medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, surgery, laboratory values, and individual sensitivities.

Emergency Care
Do not use Zen Quantum Wellness services for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

Results Vary
Individual responses to lifestyle changes, supplements, nutrition, sleep habits, exercise, and coaching vary. Zen Quantum Wellness does not guarantee specific outcomes, symptom changes, lab changes, or timelines.

HTMA Information
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a laboratory test that evaluates mineral patterns in a submitted hair sample. Zen Quantum Wellness uses HTMA information for wellness education, pattern recognition, supplement discussions, lifestyle guidance, and longitudinal coaching support.

Genetic Information
Gene SNP reports may be used to discuss possible tendencies in nutrient metabolism, methylation, neurotransmitter pathways, detoxification, stress response, inflammation, and related wellness topics. Genetic information is not used as a standalone diagnosis or prediction of disease.

State Restrictions
Laboratory testing availability can vary by jurisdiction. Some states, including New York, may have additional rules related to laboratory testing, specimen submission, direct access testing, or permitted laboratories. If a test is unavailable or restricted in your state, Zen Quantum Wellness may modify the process, require additional steps, or decline to provide that testing component.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, following collection instructions, disclosing relevant health conditions and medications, and consulting licensed healthcare providers when appropriate.

No Diagnosis
HTMA and genetic reports are used for coaching and education only. Zen Quantum Wellness does not use these reports to diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or replace medical evaluation.

Data Handling
Client-submitted HTMA reports, genetic reports, and related files may be stored in secure business systems, reviewed by Zen Quantum Wellness, and processed with trusted software tools for organization, analysis support, and report preparation.

Sample Collection and Shipping
If a hair sample kit is used, clients must follow the collection and shipping instructions provided. Delays, rejected samples, insufficient samples, contaminated samples, or jurisdictional restrictions may affect timing and availability of reports.
