Health has three Components
Sleep, Diet, Exercise.
All of these fall under the
master umbrella of your
Circadian Rhythm.

Sleep

Sleep requires more energy than begin awake. Quantity does not equal quality.

Diet

Eating at the wrong time with the wrong foods can actually be disrupting your circadian rhythm.

Excercise

Exercise needs to be optimized by type and timing for how it effects your circadian rhythm.

My self driven master course is here to help you learn how to live in harmony with your
Circadian Rhythm.

When we are out of sync with our circadian rhythm we are basically living in a constant state of jet lag. Leading to large imbalances in stress hormone cycles.

Every cell in our body is on a clock and every action we take during the day is either keeping it on time or not.

This rhythm is responsible for your hormones timing and production. When we are IN sync with our circadian rhythms then our cells and specifically our mitochondria can make all the ATP energy) required to  keep us healthy.

Most healing practitioners are not really looking at the
real root causes. They are focused on diagnosing a
pathogen and then only treating the symptoms

You may go through a lot of bio hacks and detox protocols only to end up in the same place. Most programs only go as deep as diet or exercise and the few who do are not accounting for your sleep and hormone cycles.

My program is tailored to those who are self driven to learn how to get to the root cause of your imbalances including; chronic fatigue and sleep disorders as well as understanding your circadian rhythm and how that drives your hormone production. For our body's cells to operate effectively, they require both appropriate daily timing and adequate minerals and nutrition for optimal functionality.

In addition to comprehensive education of your circadian rhythm,  I include a Hair Biopsy service, also known as HTMA. (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) testing.

Minerals play a crucial role in our body's functioning, influencing every system, organ, and cell. They regulate various aspects of our biochemistry, serving as catalysts for enzymatic reactions,  integral components of enzymes, co-factors for neurotransmitters and hormones, and regulators of pH levels, fluid balance, appetite, sensory perception (taste and smell), sleep patterns, blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and digestive enzymes. Perhaps most importantly, minerals provide insights into the state of our stress response.

The primary source of information we extract from the hair test is gleaned from mineral ratios and the patterns they form. We analyze approximately 1 ¼ to 1 ½ inches of hair, providing insight i nto mineral accumulation over the past few months. This enables us to examine extended metabolic trends effecti Excercise Exercise needs to be optimized by type and timing for how it rcadian rhythm. effects your ci vely. It i s a very simple test to perform yet it may be the single most important test available for cellul ar health.

A hair analysis enables us to pinpoint the exact supplements that are most suitable for your needs. We utilize suppl ements to specifically address mineral imbalances identi f ied in the hair test results. balancing changes that need to take place.

We include 3 HTMA tests over a 12 month period. The mistake many HTMA practitioners make is only allowing a client to test one time. The balancing of minerals and the subsequent removal of heavy metals normally does not start to show up until the 2nd or third test.

The cost of the 1yr program is only $1499. This is a fraction of what health coaches in this same modality charge. The cost of the 3 hair biopsies are included but the recommended supplements are not. The supplement regimen will be adjusted according to the result of each hair biopsy.
